At In Our Garden, relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

Our teachers take the time to genuinely know each child, support their individual interests and personalities, and create an environment where children feel safe, valued, and confident to be themselves.

As a smaller centre, children and families build strong connections with the teaching team, creating a calm, familiar, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.

Each teacher brings their own experience, strengths, and personality to the centre, helping make every day playful, creative, and engaging.

Our Teaching Approach

We believe children learn best through meaningful play, everyday experiences, and strong relationships.

Our teachers encourage children to explore, create, problem-solve, communicate, and build confidence through hands-on learning and genuine connection.

The mixed-age environment gives children opportunities to learn from one another naturally, with older and younger children building friendships and developing social skills together.

Teachers work closely with families to support each child’s wellbeing and development. Through regular conversations and updates via Storypark, families are able to stay connected with their child’s experiences, milestones, and
everyday moments at the centre.
